MTC Digital Embroidery Industry Co.,Ltd, a leading manufacturer of decorated apparel, is looking for a Digitizing Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years digitizing/supervisory experience and will provide leadership and training in digitizing. He or she will be responsible for maintaining MTC's high quality guidelines for multihead embroidery and teaching digitizing techniques.

The right candidate must be able to effectively manage many different responsibilities at once combined with strong organizational skills. He or she must have a thorough knowledge of the embroidery manufacturing process in order to create the highest quality designs possible.
